Har du lyst å høste fersk gourmetsopp, rett fra kjøkkenbenken? Eller trenger du gave til en som har alt?
Rosa østerssopp, også kalt "skogens bacon", er en skikkelig smakfull og ikke minst vakker sopp. Du trenger ingen grønne fingre for å dyrke den frem, kun en sprayflaske med vann og litt tålmodighet.
Etter 1-3 uker kan man planlegge digg middag, for eksempel:
- Kremet pasta eller risotto
- Asiatisk wok
- På pizza eller taco
- Soppstuing
- På toast
- Til kjøtt, fisk eller vegetarmat

Dyrkesettet er laget av halm og veier ca. 5 kg.
